Refund Policy

At SinfulX.ai, your satisfaction matters to us. We provide subscription-based access to AI-generated digital services. Because our platform delivers value immediately upon use, we've crafted a refund policy that balances user fairness with protection against abuse.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Request Timing: Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original subscription purchase.
  • Service Usage: Your account shows minimal or no significant usage of AI generation features during this time.
  • Subscription Status: You must have cancelled your subscription prior to requesting a refund. You can cancel directly via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

If you're unsure whether your usage qualifies, we encourage you to reach out for clarification.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at nick@sinfulx.ai
  • Include your account email, purchase date, and a brief reason for your request
  • Our team may ask for additional information to verify eligibility

Payment Processing Partner: All subscription payments to SinfulX.ai are securely processed through Curo, our authorized billing partner.

In many cases, refund requests and billing inquiries are reviewed and managed by Curo on our behalf, particularly during the first 30 days after purchase, when funds are held in escrow.

If you contact us directly, we may forward your refund request to Curo to ensure it is handled promptly and in accordance with payment provider policies.

Each request is evaluated individually. We aim to process valid refunds within 7 business days of receipt.

3. Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed by both parties.

Important: Refunds are issued only in full; we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within an active billing cycle.

4. Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • Your account shows extensive usage of SinfulX.ai's core features within the 30-day window
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the original transaction
  • You have violated our Terms of Service, including attempts to misuse or manipulate the system
  • You initiate a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback without first contacting our support team
  • Your case falls outside this policy without special approval, though we do consider exceptions under extenuating circumstances

5. Chargeback Policy

Contact Us First: Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly.

If a chargeback is initiated without a valid reason, we reserve the right to dispute it and may suspend the associated account.

6. Policy Updates

We may amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and your continued use of SinfulX.ai after any changes will indicate acceptance of the new terms.
