DMCA Takedown Policy

1. Overview

SinfulX.ai is a platform that produces AI-generated adult content using proprietary tools. While all content is digitally created and fictional, we respect intellectual property rights and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines how we respond to claims of copyright infringement.

While users cannot upload media to our platform, certain text prompts may unintentionally generate images resembling existing works. In such cases, we treat infringement concerns with the same level of seriousness and investigate them under this policy.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to any content generated and displayed via SinfulX.ai. Although users cannot upload content, they may input prompts that could inadvertently result in imagery similar to copyrighted material. In such cases, we depend on rights holders to alert us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

3. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that material generated by SinfulX.ai infringes on your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. Your written notice must include the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder
• A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• A description of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, including URLs or other identifying information
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Our Takedown Procedure

Once we receive a properly formatted notice:

• We will review the claim and disable or remove access to the allegedly infringing content, if warranted.
• We will notify the affected user, if applicable, and provide them with a copy of the notice and instructions on how to submit a counter-notification.
• If the content was generated directly through system logic without user input, we may retrain our models or restrict prompt pathways to prevent recurrence.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. This notice must contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• A description of the content that was removed and where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was mistakenly removed or misidentified
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus (or any jurisdiction where SinfulX.ai may be found)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice or their agent

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate or restrict access to the platform for users who are found to repeatedly trigger valid infringement complaints. Determinations are at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to update or revise this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
